Emergency Response

When disaster strikes, we're on the ground.

Food, water, shelter and medical care delivered within hours — and rebuilding support that stays for the long road back.

The challenge

Swift action, when seconds count.

In times of disaster and crisis, swift action saves lives. GPI's Emergency Response programme is built to deliver critical aid to communities hit by natural disasters, conflict and humanitarian emergencies — fast.

From food and water to shelter and medical supplies, we provide immediate relief to those who've lost everything — and stay long enough to help them rebuild what was taken.

What we do

Four lines of immediate response.

From the food truck and the medic bag to the rebuilding crane — every line of emergency work runs as one operation.

  • Food & Clean Water

Emergency food packs and safe drinking water for families displaced or going hungry in the wake of disaster.

  • Emergency Shelters

Tents, tarps, blankets and clothing — the essentials that turn a roadside into a safe place to sleep tonight.

  • Medical Aid

Lifesaving medications, first-aid supplies and mobile clinics — immediate healthcare for the most acute moments.

  • Disaster Recovery

Post-crisis rehabilitation — rebuilding homes, schools and the everyday infrastructure of community life.
